1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and using AquaWin Casino services at aquawincasino-canada.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AquaWin Casino. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 19 years of age to register (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec). You must be located in Canada. One account per person — creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any winnings forfeited. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False information may result in account suspension and voiding of withdrawals.
Account registration is free. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts at our discretion in accordance with our responsible gaming and compliance obligations.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
We are required to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. Required documents: government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or provincial ID card) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Documents must be submitted through your account dashboard.
Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of registration may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to request updated documents periodically as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are processed in Canadian dollars. Currency conversion fees may apply for deposits made in other currencies — the rate is determined by your payment provider. We do not charge additional fees on deposits or withdrawals.
Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Processing times: Interac 1–4 hours, PayPal 2–6 hours, bank transfer 1–3 business days, crypto 10–60 minutes (network dependent).
5. Welcome Bonus Terms
Welcome Bonus: 100% deposit match up to C$200 + 100 free spins on your first deposit. Minimum qualifying deposit: C$20.
Wagering requirement: 35× the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Example: C$100 bonus requires C$3,500 in total wagers. The deposited funds are always withdrawable — only the bonus portion is subject to wagering.

Maximum bet while bonus active: C$5 per spin/round. Placing bets above C$5 with active bonus funds may result in bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Bonus expiry: 30 days from activation. Uncompleted wagering after 30 days results in bonus balance forfeiture. Free spins expire 7 days after the last batch is credited.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. We do not influence game outcomes. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages. Game providers are independently certified.
Exploiting software bugs, using automated betting software (bots), or engaging in any form of cheating will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. We reserve the right to void any bet that was placed using exploited software behavior.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Closure & Dormancy

Accounts inactive for 12+ consecutive months are classified as dormant. We will attempt to contact you before charging a dormancy fee (C$10/month after the dormancy period begins). Dormancy fees cease when the balance reaches C$0 or when the account is reactivated.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support are referred to the Curaçao eGaming licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

10. Limitation of Liability
